The 2026 Bookling Book Award Shortlist!

 I'm very excited to announce the Bookling Book Award Shortlist for 2026!

The Bookling is a book award that has been run by students at Glenthorne since 2017. 

The 8 shortlisted books are used as discussion points and activities from November to March with the winner being crowned during World Book Week activities. 

I usually try to have over 1,000 votes cast by students and staff alike. 

I'll be updating this post as I go to highlight some of the activities we will do around the books!
