An Author Visit with Sharon Dogar!
Our Year 10 students recently had an amazing visit from author Sharon Dogar. Sharon was visiting to promote her new novel Monsters which is a fictional retelling of the teenage life of Mary Shelley.
Sharon spoke about the reasons she decided to write the book and the traumatic and bizarre life that Shelley had. She also read from her novel and took several questions from the audience.
Afterwards, Sharon was gracious enough to sit down with the Booklings to be interviewed for our student-led podcast, Booklings Chat!
It was a really valuable meeting and I highly recommend Monsters to students ages 15 and up!
