An author visit with Susin Nielsen!

This week over 150 year 8 students met in the library for a hilarious and engaging talk with superstar Canadian author Susin Nielsen.

Susin described her life writing and starring in Canadian television before becoming a full time writer. She also discussed each of her four published books, relating how similar many of them were to her own life and experiences.

She took several questions from an eager audience then stayed behind to sign books. Staff and students alike queued up to speak to her and to have a book sign.

 

It was a fantastic event that will stick with the students for a long time!
