Manga Club, Season 4, Episode 9
Today in Manga Club we used Padlet to recommend new manga that the library should buy.
It's always a struggle deciding on what manga to purchase for the library. There's a ton of material out there that's inappropriate for high school students.
I wanted to have the students' input on this decision, so I let them tell me via a Padelt wall. Before we began, I reiterated the importance of ensuring the manga they chose was a right fit for their ages and the school.
What followed was a good discussion on the age restrictions on both manga, movies and other material. In the end the students came up with a good list that I will purchase (after vetting for age levels!).
Using Padlet was a fun and easy way to share ideas, I highly recommend it!
