Blackout Poetry!

This week in Library Lessons we'll be looking at Blackout Poetry. We've taken pages from weeded books, given them to students and asked them to create a poem by "blacking out" words they don't want to use.

The words that remain on the page create the poem. It's a lot of fun for students and they enjoy making their pages as creative as possible!
